Virginia is highly skilled with a well-rounded understanding of all the aspects of the Quality organization, and how they interact with and affect other aspects of a business. Her expertise specifically includes Quality Risk Management, Quality Event Investigations, Quality Systems, Human Error Reduction (Human Performance), QC Equipment Qualification, Change Control, and Project Management.

Throughout her career, Virginia has played a key role in Quality Risk Management, Quality Event Investigations (Root Cause Analysis/Problem Solving), and Quality Systems and now aims to expand her knowledge and network at ValSource. “I want to provide practical, effective, and sustainable solutions for our customers, and expand my personal knowledge and influence in the industry to help improve the function of QRM and Quality in Biotech,” Virginia stated.
