Tiffany Baker Joins ValSource Quality Risk Management Team

Microbiologist Tiffany Baker is the newest member of ValSource’s 250-strong talent force. She brings a decade of industry experience to the Concordia ValSource QRM solutions group. “We are thrilled to welcome Tiffany as a consultant,” commented Chief Operating Officer Hal Baseman. “Her extensive background in microbiology and years of expertise in QRM and Quality Systems add further strength to our industry leading QRM team.”
A contributing author for the Baseline Guide Volume 5 (Commissioning and Qualification) revision, Tiffany’s expertise extends to Quality Risk Management, Contamination Control, Inspection Readiness, Regulatory Response, Biotechnology Manufacturing Processes, and Business Process Development.
“I‘m honored to add my voice to the depth of knowledge already assembled in ValSource’s consulting team,” Tiffany said. “We’re committed to helping clients discover how risk-based decision making and processes can help improve their systems and protect their patients.”
Prior to joining ValSource, Tiffany developed and deployed a corporate QRM program for Alnylam Pharmaceuticals. She also provided training, mentoring, coaching, and consulting services to manufacturing sites and CMOs regarding QRM principles, integration of QRM into the site Quality System, and managing cultural change towards a proactive, risk-centric business model.
A certified trainer for “Foundations of Risk” and “Practical Application of Quality Risk Assessment Tools,” Tiffany delivers ongoing training sessions for the Parenteral Drug Association. She received a B.S. in Microbiology from University of Rhode Island in 2009 and is on track to complete her Master’s in Business Administration at Providence College in 2020.
